The Monaro is seeing a boost to forestry investment, with the planting of nearly one million pine seedlings at Bombala and Moss Vale.

Forests NSW is currently undertaking a broad campaign of re-establishment, maintaining the viability of a local forestry industry.

Nine million seedlings are going into the ground across the state, and Forests NSW says the project also represents a boost to the region through local employment.
