Hendy to contest Eden-Monaro seat

The Liberal Party have this week ratified their candidate to contest the seat of Eden-Monaro at the next Federal election.

That's Peter Hendy, who comes from a long career of advising for key Liberal members.

He acted as Chief of Staff to Brendan Nelson before taking up his current role as an advisor to Deputy Leader of the Liberals Julie Bishop.

Mr. Hendy believes that he knows what people in the Monaro want.
