Holiday rental platform, Stayz, has released a new report highlighting the significant benefit of short-term accommodation to the Snowy Mountains economy. 

In NSW, short-term rentals provided a lift of nearly $2.128 billion to the NSW economy and supported over 13,000 jobs in the State.
 
In the Snowy Mountains, short-term rentals generated over $41million in economic uplift and supported up to 275 jobs in the region.

Last year, over 46,000 room nights were booked in the Snowy Mountains, generating $10.6 million in revenue for hosts. 
 
Towns like Cooma, Tumut and Jindabyne are all benefiting from the growing popularity of short-term rental accommodation.
