Figures show 1 in 4 Australian teens are bullied regularly with attacks online becoming just as common as the schoolyard.

In light of this today is the National Day of Action Against Bullying.

The new campaign is being launched to help teenage girls to tackle the problem.

Bombala public school says they will be focusing on kindness, shared learning, focus & persistence.

Headspace CEO, Jason Trethowan, says a resource kit and booklet will be made available to schools across the country.
